Fundraisers can be hosted at your site with our food truck or station, or you can host a Celebrity Scoop-A-Thon at our shop in Downtown Santa Ana.

CELEBRITY SCOOP-A-THON

A Celebrity Scoop-A-Thon is an exciting opportunity to build camaraderie, support your local community, and to raise funds for a cause close to your heart! This fundraiser is held at our store in Downtown Santa Ana. “Celebrity Scoopers” will be taking the reigns and scooping our craft ice cream sammiches and other craveable treats to your hungry and generous crowds.

Whether you choose to raise funds for a cause of your choice or just want to fulfill your lifelong dream of being a Chunk-N-Chip meister, one thing is for sure…. you will leave with a giant smile on your face as you see the crowd light up in amazement!

In addition to the tips your Celebrity Scoopers raise, Chunk-N-Chip will donate 15-20% of all store sales generated during your event.

TIPS FOR GETTING FUNDED

From hiring a yummy dessert truck like Chunk-N-Chip to wearing fancy dress at the big ball game, being creative builds moral. Focus on creating a wow factor to capture supporters’ undivided attention! Plus, students are more likely to spread the word if the event is fun!

#2 GET ORGANIZED

Lights, camera, action! Once you have an idea, don’t wait for everyone else to book your entertainment. For best results, contact your vendors at least 3 months in advance. This will let you pick your players, and lock the dates down.

#3 GET EXPOSURE

In addition to word of mouth, posters, flyers, press releases, and posting your event on local community calendars are buzz builders that are sure to generate a crowd. Add Social Media into the mix and get your students to do the same. No one spreads the word faster than a teen with a smartphone!

#4 GET FUNDED
